Temescal Alley is a collection of several shops re-utilizing old storage lockers that line an alleyway on 49th street off Telegraph. Wonderful design shop, Lot 49 sells early modern design furniture, paintings and small original works and prints by local artists like Sara Ferguson. Owner Perry Lucina makes really awesome paint by number prints and applies them to cool throw pillows.

There’s also a barbershop, aptly named, Temescal Alley Barbershop William C Kauffman Antiques, and nearby Esquelto Jewelry.
